MARIADIE ART
Mariadie Art is a Spanish artist whose work stems from the need to transform emotions and ideas into images with strong visual impact. Through muralism, tattooing and painting, she explores concepts related to identity, sensitivity, the female figure and emotional connection with space.
Colour occupies a central place in her work, becoming a narrative and emotional language in which symbolic elements stand out, such as the characteristic green eye present in many of her creations. Her pieces aim to create a strong visual impact without losing closeness, humanity or the ability to invite reflection.
Her creative process is deeply influenced by urban culture, movement and the spontaneity of gesture. She works across different formats and supports, from large-scale murals to studio pieces, always maintaining an expressive, intuitive and easily recognisable visual language.
Throughout her career, she has participated in prominent international festivals and projects, including two consecutive editions of IIT Bombay in India in collaboration with the Embassy of Spain, Festival 23700 in Linares, the FOCO Audiovisual Festival, the Art Aero Rap International Festival, Meeting of Styles in Mexico, Peru and Germany, Urban Giants in Milan, Astrat in the Netherlands and Spain"s National Graffiti League. She has also taken part in numerous tattoo conventions since 2017 and developed mural projects for the JD brand.
She is part of the international LJDA crew and the female collectives Brevas Bravas Crew and WN1, maintaining a close connection with hip hop culture, a constant influence throughout her artistic career.
