Now that we have time on our hands, we can now enjoy everything that we have not been able to do for more than three months, such as going to the beach, have a drink in terraces, meeting friends in a bar or getting to know new places.
It fills us with joy to be able to return to work because for us it means having you by our side again, it means receiving you again and taking care of you so that your stay is as pleasant as possible, especially after those difficult times.
You may have doubts about traveling after the Covid-19 outbreak. What will it be like to travel after quarantine? What hygiene measures will hotels use? And how will they protect the health of their clients and maintain a safe environment?
As we prepare to welcome you to our hotels from July 1st, we are reinforcing our commitment to your health and safety, while keeping offering a great experience.
We have partnered with an external Health and Safety company, which are market leaders, in the shape of Cristal International Standards to review 360-degree all protocols to provide you with peace of mind.
All these protocols are reviewed by Cristal International Standards.
Arrival & Check In
Upon your arrival at the hotel, we will be taking your temperature with a pistol thermometer and offering you hand sanitizer, this measure will also be in place for anybody returning from off-site activities.
You will be directed to the reception for check in, note that we are practising social distancing. During any queueing you will be comfortable in our lobby with a welcome drink. Please do not be alarmed our concierge, reception and bar staff will be wearing face masks for your reassurance and comfort.
If you are showing symptoms will be directed to an isolation area while we contact the hospital.
You will find the room with a seal in the door to indicate that it was disinfected, meets Intertek Cristal cleaning standards and nobody has re-entered since.
We are aiming for a paperless environment and will provide QR codes for You to access the directories, menus & mini bar list.
There will also be extra amenities with individual hand sanitizers.
You will notice sanitation stations throughout the hotel, in particular high footfall areas where we will also increase the frequency of their cleaning. At the restaurants, bar and swimming pool decks we will aim to disinfect all chairs and tables after each individual use.
There will also be social distancing measures in place, therefore, we recommend the reservation for meals, especially for parties which exceeds 5 people.
As we aim to go paperless you will also find QR codes for all menus throughout the relevant areas of the hotel. We encourage cashless payments solutions.
When the time comes to leave us, simply drop your keys on the red box at reception and settle any extras, invoices can be emailed to you.
Behind the scenes
All members of staff will be retrained to Cristal International Standards and will follow strict hygiene protocols, including temperature measure upon arrival, the use of masks and the frequency of hand washing. Their works stations will also be sanitized regularly.
